Who we are

Nearwell is operated by Seltron Technologies LLC, 150 East Palmetto Park Rd, Suite 800, Boca Raton, FL 33432. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, time zone, preferred language and password (stored encrypted).
• Check-in activity: the time of each senior check-in and their check-in settings.
• Family links and alert preferences, including SMS consent and the date it was given.
• Records of alerts we send (time, channel and delivery status).

How we use it

We use this information only to run Nearwell: to record check-ins, show status to linked family members, and send missed check-in alerts by email and, if you opted in, by SMS. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the alerts you requested. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, email and SMS providers to operate the service. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active. You can update your details or withdraw SMS consent at any time from your Profile page, or reply STOP to any message. To delete your account, email us.
