Delete your Nearwell account

Delete it in the app

• Sign in to Nearwell on the website or in the mobile app.
• Open Profile and scroll to Delete account.
• Type the confirmation word and tap Delete my account permanently.

Or ask us

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile details, profile photo, check-in history, saved locations, family links, alert records and sign-in links are deleted right away and cannot be recovered.
• Any paid subscription is canceled immediately, so you are not charged again.
• Payment records kept by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained only as required by tax and accounting law.
